How to prevent obesity?

The ways that you can prevent from being overweight or obese is to start eating healthy. For those who hasn't reach the overweight border should start to consider starting now. Ask yourself this questions; Are you eating healthily? Are you exercising enough? I would say, this two questions would be the main ones. For the ones who already reached the overweight or the obese border, then it's not too late for you to start exercising. Not only exercising but also start up a diet plan. Start eating something fresh and stop eating junk food because it's not good for you. Take small portions only and always eat breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal. Stop drinking all those energy drinks and drink water or fresh juices. Fresh squeezed juices can give you a lot of energy because it has natural sugar in it rather then drinking 100 plus or Red Bull. If you tried this for 1 month then you should at least lose about few kg but it totally depends what is your weight aim. If your about 110kg and you want to be 65, then it will take you more then one month. I won't give any specific time because everyone is different so, some people are easy to lose weight and some are not.
